Workshop Overview

A leader can be very destructive or very inspiring, it comes down to their level of Emotional Intelligence” – John Mackey

Emotional Intelligence is the back bone of all human interactions. People with higher emotional intelligence first and foremost understand regulate their own emotions, and consequently relate to other people’s emotional needs as well. This understanding allows for better communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, and eventually positive long-term relationships at work and in life.
