Learning & Development Solutions

Our Methodology

Part 1

Learning Journey Phases

According to the "Conscious Competence" learning model, individuals are usually initially unaware of how little they know; unconscious of their incompetence. As they recognize their incompetence, they start to consciously seek to acquire the needed skill(s), and then consciously use it. Eventually, the skill can be utilized without it being consciously thought through: the individual is said then to have acquired unconscious competence.

Through our solutions, we are aware of the learning process, and accordingly, built our learning journey phases:

1
Pre-Training & Part One of it:

Objective of this phase is to make them realize their need.
This is done through raising awareness and stirring motivation.
Tools Used: In-depth TNA, pre-work, pre-assessments, hit & realize activities.

2
In-Training:

Objective is to provide them with the essential knowledge & practice opportunity required to start acquiring the needed skill(s).
This is done through our discovery & experiential based learning workshops.

3
Post-Training:

Objective is to keep on providing the support needed for learning acquisition and retention
This is done through our post-training learning re-enforcement activities & post-assessments

What we Focus on

Steven Covey claims that in order to create a new habit/skill, work is required across 3 areas:

In our Solutions, we make sure that our learning experience covers the three dimensions needed for skill building
