Emotional Intelligence is the back bone of all human interactions. People with higher emotional intelligence first and foremost understand regulate their own emotions, and consequently relate to other people’s emotional needs as well. This understanding allows for better communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, and eventually positive long-term relationships at work and in life.
From junior employees all the way to top management, people need to learn and practice emotional intelligence to foster better daily interactions and relationships with managers, teammates and subordinates, and ultimately achieve the desired results at work.
