Overview:
Impact5 is one of “Paradigm Learning International” top featured products, which tackles business leadership from a unique perspective that uniquely combines leadership, management, and business, in an experiential way that puts attendees face to face with their business leadership skills, together with highlighting their role accountabilities, & where they stand from them, which leaves them with an experience that makes a difference in their leadership capacity perspective!
Impact5 Learning Objectives:
By the end of this workshop attending leaders will be better able to:
- Identify & focus on their business leadership accountabilities, towards themselves, their teams, their organization, and their customers
- Assess themselves against those accountabilities
- Demonstrate better business intelligence, taking into consideration the different influencing factors
- Take better actions and decisions, in alignment with the effective leadership concepts and behaviors introduced
- Monitor & adjust leadership focus (time & attention), according to the phase’s needs – better planning and priorities setting
The Business Leadership Accountabilities Framework:

The workshop is composed of two main components:
Part One: The Simulation:
Over two business operational years, divided to four halves, participants are divided to small teams of three to four learners, assuming the role of the Product Management Leadership Team at C-Tech Coatings. They will be managing the department, and participating as members of C-Tech’s management team over the two simulated years.
Over the course of the two years, they will examine information about the business, review actions taken by other managers/leaders & its impact, and make a bunch of team decisions about processes, people, customers, expenditures and more.
At the end of each year, they’ll get to analyze and see the impact of their decisions and actions on the business in the three major categories:

Part Two: The Connections Session:
The connections part is about bringing the learning experience to attending managers’ day to day work life; connecting the Experience!
Through six powerful reflective, assessing, tool based exercises, attending leaders will get the chance to gain the solid grip over the five accountabilities. Sample of those exercises include:
- The Tough-O-Meter: helps each attending leaders identify their challenges in decision making, and how to deal with them
- The Leadership Focus Self-Assessment Tool: The personal “Leadership Accountabilities” wheel, showing each of them: their areas of strengths and areas of needed attention, in each of the five accountabilities
- The Decision-Impact Analysis Tool: a tool they can use when taking a decision, which helps them consider decisions from the different dimensions
- The Action Plan: a personal commitment, where each attendee, based on their learning & gained insights, will fill in for the upcoming development
Post Course Reinforcement:
By attending Impact5, attending managers gain ongoing access to Impact5 learning portal: the online portal is a website designed for impact5 participants, to use on an ongoing basis; a resource for them where they can access interactive versions of the different tools and frameworks presented in the course, together with ongoing learning updates that keeps their knowledge fresh & updated
