EGP3,800Workshop Overview
Recruiting qualified employees with the technical and soft skills that an organization needs is a primary concern for the HR team as well as the employees’ direct managers. This means that all managers – not just HR – must be fully aware of the main interview challenges, necessary preparations, evaluating candidates’ qualifications and linking them to job requirements.
Interviewing skills is 70% understanding the job role and duties, hence the competencies and qualifications required; and 30% the interview process, structure, and the interviewer’s communication skills. “The Stars Finder” workshop provides attending managers with the 360-perspective needed to find star employees among the vast pool of candidates, and boost their interviewing skills like never before!
