Having sharp and impressive presentation skills is no longer a luxury in our today’s business world!

Course Roadmap and Methodology:

In this workshop, we are targeting learning by heated practice; minimum of three presentations will be performed by each participant. Each presentation will be stretching the presenter skills in a different area, allowing strengths to foster & areas of development to surface for exceling!

Workshop Content:

The workshop is divided into 3 main sections:

Part 1: You, The Presenter:

• Know your style & build on your strengths – MBTI self-assessment for presentation skills
• Building instantaneous rapport
• Increasing credibility
• Persuasion techniques
• Boosting Confidence

Part 2: The Presentation:

• Principles of adult attention
• The four Learning styles
• Different types of presentations & how to design each
• Designing for different types/levels of attendees
• Booming intro’s & memorable closing’s

Part 3: The Audience:

• Audience psychology & common human needs
• Types of audience and how to handle and influence each
• Hostile audience and handling difficult situations
  • Action planning
