DESCRIPTION:I Lead Change \nCrusting the comfort zone! \nOverview: \nBeing a leader in today’s ever-changing organizations can be an overwhelming task. Not are leaders challenged with the structural side\, they are also on the frontlines of the people part of change\, which is a challenge of its own that needs to be backed up with confidence & skill. \nWhy “iLead Change”? \nPhilosophy: \nMost of the available courses on leading change focus on the process part of it; ignoring the main part of managing & leading people through change\, and what to expect. “iLead Change” tackles the topic from both dimensions\, providing a holistic & comprehensive learning experience. \nMethodology:  \n“iLead Change” is a simulation based workshop. Attending managers will get to explore the factors needed for an effective change management through going through a change experience themselves & realizing the steps and attributes needed! \nIn the simulation\, participants become team members in the ‘WE CAN DO COMPANY.’ They are required to work on a new project for one of their top clients ‘The Choco Bar Company’ who urgently need ideas for the design and marketing of a new chocolate bar. \nThey have set requirements for the new chocolate bar\, but as the teams work on this\, the requirements change\, and the challenges begin! \n  \nWorkshop Content: \nThe workshop will be covering: \nThe workshop will be tackling the two dimensions of Leading Change: \n\nThe People Dimension – Leadership during times of change:\n\nMastering the balance dance: \n\nBeing tough while simultaneously expressing appropriate empathy\nCatalyzing change while understanding transition\nExpressing a sense of urgency while retaining the capacity for realistic patience\nBeing self-reliant yet trusting others\nRadiating both optimism and realism\nCapitalizing on strengths while fostering the capacity to go against the grain\n\n\nLeading Change Process\n\n   \nWorkshop Duration: Two Full Days \nNumber of Participants: Up to 22 \n  \n
