DESCRIPTION:The Third Way \nThe road less traveled for effective conflict resolution \n  \nOverview: \nWilliam Ury\, an expert on conflict and negotiation\, asks in one of his bestselling books a very important question: “Are we doomed to fight?” \nThe question is very valid\, as it seems that most organizations suffer from conflict escalations\, creating an unfavorable working environment. We all face conflicts\, one way or another regardless of our capacities\, abilities or wishes. If it is a fact of life that we go through conflicts\, then we better be ready and prepared for them. \nCourse Roadmap and Methodology: \nThis program aims at creating a mind shift on how one perceives conflicts.
